AGUAS VERDES is a small holiday resort under German management, situated on the slope above the romantic west Fuerteventura coastline, surrounded by the Betancuria Natural Park. The central situation on the island makes Aguas Verdes an ideal refuge for all those who want to discover Fuerteventura, without having to miss out on the quietness and a good night's sleep.

The fully equiped apartments, situated in different groups with two floors, which are located on the hill side of Monte Atlantico, on a complex with big gardens, pools, 2 tennis courts, 2 squash courts, a minigolf park, etc., all with a clear view down to the Atlantic Ocean, which is about 600 metres away.

You can go out on excursions around Fuerteventura, go fishing on the coast, take a hiking tour, discover the more remote areas by mountain bike, or simply rest and relax, enjoying the tranquility.

Apartments at the westcoast of Fuerteventura

The apartments are 60 sqm, 2 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, bathroom with shower, fully equiped kitchen, living room with Sat-TV, and a terrace or balcony.

ACCOMMODATION PRICES:

  • One off cleaning fee 70€.
  • 1 person per day 20€
  • 2 persons per day 28€
  • 3 persons per day 40€

  • 4 persons per day 48€

  • Children up to 12 years: One child per paying adult pays 4 Euros per day.

  • Deposit: 50€ refundable on leaving the apartment clean and tidy.
